Incredible experience. Our server, Francine, went above and beyond, as well as the manger and the chefs. They made my parents 50th anniversary a truly memorable, special occasion. It was an incredible night with top-notch food, the best service, and so much care taken to ensure an amazing night. Thank you so much!! The tiramisu espresso martini dessert is heavenly. Lobster mashed potatoes are incredible. Calamari delicious. Fillet mignon is like butter. So tender and flavourful. Biscuits are great. Duck fat fries so savoury and rich. Yum! Brussels sprouts so good. Gnocchi and scallops great. Homemade lemonade was so good! Cappuccinohit the spot. My mom thanked me for arranging such a memorable night. I took a chance on Saltlik for this big occasion and they surpassed my hopes. Again. Thank you!!

Food was amazing and so was the staff. bigest disappointment was that the fruit flies were ridiculous. They were in the drinks and the food and wouldn’t leave us alone from the moment we got food and champagne. The food was amazing. The service and crew were spectacular. The portions were a bit smaller than I’d hope for on seafood appetizers but the carpaccio and tartar tasted fantastic. I’d be frustrated if we tried eating there more often and were battling fruit flies all the time. We almost lost our drinks from swatting away flies and fruit flies off our food but that’s going to be an issue if there aren’t other ways to control them.

First time in Calgary and someone recommended this place when I mentioned wanting steak. I had the sirloin with peppercorn sauce and mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts, followed by the molten chocolate cake. Paired with the Talbott Pinot Noir. Absolutely amazing place!! The brussel sprouts are heavenly-and I don't typically like brussel sprouts! The Maître D, Trevor, was phenomenal at helping me find the right wine for the evening. My server, Sydney, was phenomenal and so friendly, and Izabella, one of the managers, was kind enough to remove my glass of wine from my bill as they ran out and weren't able to give me a full 8oz. The whole experience was superb and the food was sublime.
